There are a number of reasons why a deposit attempt could potentially decline. For example:
- Deposit limit reached (all players are currently subject to a maximum monthly deposit limit of £50. This will initially be in place as part of the ‘paid entry’ tournaments launch, and will be reviewed again in due course)
- Expired or invalid card details (please ensure that these are correct)
- Cardholder name mismatch (you can only use a card that belongs to you)
- Bank decline (if the transaction is declined by the card issuer then this is unfortunately outside of our control)
If the decline reason is due to an issue within our control then Customer Support will endeavour to contact you via email quoting the reason, as well as any potential solutions.
