On rare occasions there may be millisecond delays with the processing of spins. If this happens then a ''Partner Cashier Error'' message will be momentarily displayed within the game. This message would normally disappear within a matter of seconds and allow you to continue playing your spins.
If the error message persists then please try exiting the game and re-load it. If this fails to resolve the issue then please allow a few minutes before trying again.
Should there still be a problem after trying the above, then please contact Customer Support quoting the name of the tournament (and if possible please also provide a screenshot of the error). Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
