If your account closure is due to a service issue, you can contact Customer Support, who can help resolve any concerns.
If you would still like to close your Slots Temple account then you can do so via the 'My Account' > 'Player Protection' > Close Account option when logged in.
If the reason for your account closure is due to problem gambling concerns, then we would strongly recommend that you consider self-excluding. This can be done in the same Player Protection area (see screenshot below). Players can also close their account or self-exclude by contacting Customer Support.
