Responsible Gambling Tools

Self Assessment

Gamcare have a simple test (click here to view) to help you assess if your gambling is causing a problem.

Deposit limits (Net)

Set a Daily (UTC calendar day), Weekly (Monday-Sunday) or Monthly (calendar month) limit on the Net amount that you can deposit into your Slots Temple account via the my account > player protection area.

All Deposit Limits (Net) at Slots Temple are are calculated based on a player’s net deposit position (deposits minus withdrawals) within the defined timeframe, e.g. UTC calendar day, week or month. This means that the limit allows you to deposit the set limit amount PLUS anything you have withdrawn within the same limit timeframe.

Please note that you can only have one active deposit limit at any one time, and any requests to increase an active limit will take 24 hours to come into effect. However, please rest assured that any request to lower an active deposit limit will come into effect instantly.

Reality checks

Set a 'reality check' timed reminder on your account to help you keep track of how long you’ve been playing. This can be done via the my account > player protection area of your Slots Temple account.

Time Out

If you would like to take a short break from Slots Temple, you can do so via the my account > player protection > time out section of your account (when logged in). You'll find the option there to 'Time Out' for a period of time between a minimum of 24hrs and a maximum of 6 weeks.

Selecting to proceed with a Time Out will result in your Slots Temple account being inaccessible for the requested period of time. Please note that the account will automatically reopen when the Time Out period has ended but cannot be reopened earlier.

Self Exclusion

If you have problem gambling related concerns then we would strongly recommend that you consider self-excluding.

You can self-exclude (minimum period of 6 months, up to a maximum of 5 years) when logged into your Slots Temple account via the my account > player protection > self exclusion section. Alternatively you can Self Exclude by sending your request to Customer Support.

Selecting to proceed with a Self Exclusion will result in your Slots Temple account being inaccessible for the requested period of time, and please note that it will not automatically reopen.

If you are considering self exclusion, you may also wish to register with GAMSTOP. This is a free service that enables you to self exclude from participating online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain.
