What happens if my withdrawal transaction fails?

Whilst the vast majority of withdrawal requests are processed without issue, transactions may fail on occasion. For example, if the selected Debit Card has expired, does not belong to the Slots Temple account holder, or if the card issuer does not allow the transaction. Furthermore, if you have previously made a deposit then for security reasons you must use the same card for any withdrawals.

In any circumstances where a withdrawal attempt fails or is declined, the funds will be automatically returned to your Slots Temple balance - and can be withdrawn again at your convenience.
