If you lose connection then please reload the game in question, and you should be able to start again where you left off.
In the event of a frozen game, please refresh your browser in the first instance and also close any other tabs that are open. If this does not resolve the problem then you may have to clear cache and cookies from your browser and then reload the game.
Please also note to avoid using incognito / private browsers as some tournaments are not compatible with these.
