If the issue persists, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, or switch to a different browser or device to rule out any localised issues. Ensure your internet connection is stable, and keep your app or browser up to date to minimize interruptions.
Please note that incognito or private browsers may not be compatible with some tournaments, so we recommend using a standard browser.
